Soul Dust
Snow sifts
softly, oh
so gently
covers
me.
This reminded me of that verse. About You covering Israel with your cloak. I couldn't find the verse this morning. Doesn't matter. It's there. Sure as Your hand, sure as Your cloak. Sure as Your love.

I recall those moments, when, living on acreage, I wandered into the woods, looked up and stood in the silence of the moment, tongue held out to catch the falling snow. Thanks for the memory.
Oh, I miss that snow at times....reminds me of Is 61:10
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD
my soul shall exult in my God,
for he has clothed me with the
garments of slavation'
he has covered me with the robe of
righteousness
as a bridegroom decks himself like
a priest with a beautiful
headress,
and as a bride adorns herself with
her jewels.
